1. Storage of access data in server log files

You do not need to provide personalised information to access our websites. We only store access data in server log files, e.g. the name of the requested file, the date and time of your visit to our website, the quantity of data transmitted and the requesting provider. This data is solely evaluated to ensure fault-free operation of the webpage and to improve our offer; it does not enable us to draw any conclusion to your person.

2. Data collection and usage when processing a contract and when opening a customer account

We collect personal information when you share it with us voluntarily as part of your application, sample of catalogue order, when contacting us (e.g. via the contact form or e-mail) or when opening a customer account. The type of data that is collected is apparent from the respective entry form. Entering personal data is required when making an application, making an application via a set-up customer account and when making a "guest order". We use the data you have provided to process the application, to process the order and to process your request. After processing is complete or after your personal or customer account has been deleted, your data will be blocked from further usage and made anonymous, unless you have not expressly consented to further usage of your data or we have reserved additional data usage that is legally permitted and of which we will inform you hereinafter. 3. Data transfer for order processing

In order to process orders we transfer your data to the dispatch company commissioned with delivery, insofar as is necessary to deliver the samples and catalogues that have been ordered.

4. Usage of Cookies
