Data processing on the website  

Arte M collects and automatically saves information in its Server Log Files, which your browser transfers to us

  • Browser type/version
  • Operating system used
  • Referrer URL (the page visited before)
  • Host name of accessing PC (IP Address)
  • Time of server request.

Arte M cannot assign this data to specific individuals. A compilation of this data with other data sources is not undertaken.

Transfer of personal data to third parties. 

Data which is logged during access to the Arte M websites will only be disclosed to third parties when required by law or court order or in cases when the attacks on the Arte M internet infrastructure make it necessary to forward such data for the purpose of legal action or criminal prosecution. Data will not be transmitted for other non-commercial or commercial purposes.

Any personal data provided by you – for instance when ordering catalogues – is only used within Arte M, the companies that are contracted to undertake the shipping and the respective Arte M partners. We do not forward your personal data to other third parties without your explicit consent.   

Use of cook­ies

Cookies are used on some sites. We cannot always notify you of this. Most browsers are set in such a way that they automatically accept cookies. However, you can deactivate this function or set your browser to only save the cookies for the duration of your respective internet session.
